100D circuit resistance tester
The conductivity performance of the conductive circuit of a circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as a switch) plays an important role in ensuring the safe operation of the switch. The quality of conductivity can be reflected by the resistance of the conductive circuit. Therefore, both IEC standards and manufacturers require the measurement of circuit resistance, and there are clear specifications for the circuit resistance of various forms of switches. Usually, a double arm bridge was used in the past. Due to the relatively small voltage and current of the bridge, when there are impurities or surface oxidation between the moving and stationary contacts of the switch, the data dispersion of the test is relatively large. At the same time, the anti-interference performance of the bridge is poor, so the national standard requires the use of DC current above 100A for testing. The circuit resistance tester is a testing instrument developed by our company to meet the requirements of GB50150-2006 and DL/T 845.4-2004 regulations. It is widely used for measuring the contact resistance, circuit resistance, and contact resistance of various electrical switches, cables, wires, and welds.
