　　The hardware products of Sishui Cloud Official mainly consist of three parts: host, controller, and power supply.

　　1. Host:

　　It is a "microcomputer self-control integrated machine" independently developed by our company. The host itself is a powerful automatic operation controller. Without networking, it can adjust parameters, switch between manual and automatic modes, call and modify operation plans, emergency start stop, fault diagnosis and alarm, and perform a series of on-site control operations through the human-computer interaction interface. The host is equipped with a wireless networking module, which can communicate with cloud servers after inserting an IoT card (or connecting to WIFI). The host has commonly used input ports for sewage treatment system control, which can be connected to 11 input control instruments including 4-channel floating ball, 2-channel liquid level, and 5-channel 485 instruments, and can be expanded at any time through expansion modules.

　　2. Controller:

　　It is the executing mechanism of the host command, responsible for executing the control instructions of the host, driving the actions of various devices. Each controller can be connected to 4 devices, and each host can be connected to N controllers to meet the different needs of various water and sewage treatment equipment and facilities.

　　3. Power supply:

　　Responsible for supplying power to the host and controller. We use Taiwan Mingwei Power Supply.

　　1. The traditional PLC control scheme requires specialized programmers to write programs, and after adjusting the process, reprogramming is required. A set of equipment programs cannot be applied to other devices in different scenarios, resulting in equipment manufacturers having to hire programmers to write a set of programs for each device sold, which is very expensive;

The Sishui Cloud Official System adopts a foolproof operation, which only requires point selection and input to realize all the control logic of sewage treatment, without the need for specialized programmers. At the same time, the control scheme can be modified at any time when the process changes.

The hardware investment of the Sishui Cloud Official System is basically equivalent to that of traditional manual control hardware investment, and even lower than that of manual control hardware investment in sewage treatment equipment with large water volumes, far lower than the hardware investment of PLC control systems;
