Description :

　　Epoxy modified silicone resin has excellent high temperature resistance, electrical insulation, and moisture resistance, and is suitable for H-grade motors, transformer coils, transistor sealing, H-grade glass fiber wire immersion, and high temperature resistant coatings.

　　1、 Performance and Application:

　　This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, hydrophobic and moisture-proof properties, as well as good electrical insulation performance and arc corona resistance. Its weather resistance, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance are also excellent. This product is widely used as a high-temperature and anti-corrosion coating (up to 500 degrees Celsius), and can be fully cured at room temperature with two components. Its baking curing performance is even better. It can also be used as H-grade insulation coating.

　　2、 Main technical indicators:

　　Appearance: Light yellow to colorless transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, without mechanical impurities

　　Solid content: 50 ± 1%

　　Viscosity: 25-65 seconds (apply 4 cups)

　　Epoxy value: 0.02-0.07

　　3、 Packaging and Storage Transportation:

　　This product is packaged in a 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively set at six months. It should be protected from direct sunlight and avoid contact with acids and alkalis. It should be stored and transported as dangerous goods.

　　4、 Construction reference:

　　1. Two component room temperature curing, used in combination with 650 polyamide or T-31, with 650 added at 10-15% of the total resin amount and T-31 added at around 5-7% of the total resin amount.

　　2. High temperature baking curing, heating to 180-200 ℃ for one and a half hours to fully cure.

　　3. The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur-containing compounds, pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.

　　4. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents such as xylene that evaporate. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthening on-site ventilation, fire prevention, and strictly cutting off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.

　　5. The equipment and tools used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust, foreign objects, and water.
