The formula has operability and high temperature resistance. Generally, clear varnish can withstand temperatures up to 300-350 ℃, and colored paint can withstand temperatures up to 500 ℃
Application characteristics of epoxy modified silicone resin lotion
1. SH 9607A is a dispersion of bisphenol A epoxy resin modified silicone resin in water, containing a small amount, generally with a content of
5~8%；
2. SH 9607A has temperature resistance comparable to solvent based silicone resins, with a general varnish temperature resistance of 300-350 ℃ and a color paint temperature resistance of up to
~500℃； Specifically, clear varnish still has good high temperature resistance and yellowing resistance at 300-350 ℃, while aluminum silver paint or black paint (inorganic black) still has good cracking and peeling resistance at~500 ℃;
Compared with other water-based silicone resins, SH 9607A also has good curing hardness and scratch resistance, as well as good hydrophobicity;
4. SH 9607A also has good anti-corrosion performance. If a water-based epoxy curing agent can be added appropriately, it can help improve dryness and anti-corrosion performance, but this will reduce the coating's temperature resistance, yellowing resistance, and temperature tolerance;
5. SH 9607A is generally recommended for use in heat-resistant industrial coatings, such as heat-resistant coatings for industrial equipment such as boilers, heat source pipelines, chimneys, etc;

Storage and Transportation

Generally speaking, when stored in a cool and dry environment at 5-36 ℃ and sealed, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.

Instructions for use
1. It is generally recommended to first grind the resin free color paste, and then add SH 9607A to prepare the color paint under low shear conditions; Co grinding with pigments and fillers, or other strong shear conditions, may cause the emulsification and precipitation of SH 9607A.
SH9607A is generally recommended to cure at ≥ 180 ℃ for 30-60 minutes to obtain physical and mechanical properties.
