3、 Scope and characteristics of use
This product is mainly designed for fermentation defoaming industry, with the characteristics of fast defoaming speed and long defoaming time. It is easily dispersed in water, non-toxic and non corrosive, and can be well compatible with liquids. The product is mainly used for defoaming in microbial fermentation processes such as citric acid, oxytetracycline, penicillin, tetracycline, aureomycin, lincomycin, erythromycin, neomycin, glutamic acid, lysine, avermectin, enzyme preparations, enzyme Q10, erythritol, yeast, xanthan gum, long-chain dicarboxylic acid, etc; Excellent defoaming performance and widely used in the production process of many chemical products.
4、 Usage method
It can be mixed with the base material for disinfection, or separated into supplementary materials for later use in tanks. Generally, the usage amount is around 0.3-1 ‰ to meet the defoaming requirements of the entire fermentation cycle.
5、 Packaging and Storage
⑴ Use 200kg polyethylene drums or 200kg iron drums, or change the packaging according to user requirements.
⑵ This product should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight. It should not be mixed, transported, or stacked with strong acids, alkalis, or toxic substances.
⑶ Under the above conditions, this product has a storage period of 24 months from the date of production. After exceeding the storage period, it can continue to be used after passing the inspection without affecting its effectiveness.
⑷ This product is transported as non dangerous goods.
