SH-23 series epoxy modified silicone resin
1、 Performance and Application:
This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, hydrophobic and moisture-proof properties, as well as good electrical insulation performance and arc corona resistance. Its weather resistance, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance are also excellent. This product is widely used as a high-temperature and anti-corrosion coating (200-400 ℃), insulation coating, weather resistant coating, etc. It can be fully cured at room temperature with two components. Compared to 023-7, 023-4 has better corrosion resistance but slightly lower high temperature resistance.

3、 Packaging and Storage Transportation:
This product is packaged in a 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place for six months. It should be protected from direct sunlight and avoid contact with acids and alkalis. It should be stored and transported as a dangerous goods.
4、 Construction reference:
1. Two component room temperature curing can be used in combination with isocyanate curing agents such as Bayer 3390, N75, etc., with a dosage of 10-20% of the total resin.
2. High temperature baking curing, fully cured after heating to 180 ℃ for one hour. It can also be combined with amino resin to shorten the curing time.
3. The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain impurities such as water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur-containing compounds, etc., otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness, and other properties of the resin paint film.
4. This product contains flammable and explosive solvents. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthening on-site ventilation, fire prevention, and strictly cutting off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
