For water-based silicone lotion, the recommended formula shown in the following table can be used as the starting formula to prepare one component baking paint:
Low speed shear mixing components 1-6;
Add components 7-9 in sequence, mix with low-speed shear, and grind at high speed (such as sand grinding with a linear velocity of 7.0m/s); Under low-speed shear, gradually add silicone resin lotion, and successively add thickening agent to adjust to the construction viscosity; Leveling agents can be added as needed;
Waterborne paint silicone resin, it is not recommended to grind the color paste directly with the silicone resin lotion; If it needs to be mixed with other organic resins for use, the organic resin can be used for color paste grinding according to the actual situation, and then mixed into the organic silicone resin lotion; Before use, it is necessary to test the compatibility, especially whether the pH value matches. The silicone resin lotion is generally neutral, and the pH value can be adjusted with 5% potassium hydroxide solution or 5% acetic acid solution as required.
Recommended drying conditions and typical characteristics of water-based silicone lotion:
Dry at room temperature for ≥ 45 minutes, at 230 ℃ for 1.0 hour, at 250 ℃ for 30 minutes, or at 280 ℃ for 15 minutes
