Its application methods and purposes are as follows. Currently, most thermal power plants in China adopt wet desulfurization. During the operation of the desulfurization device, the following factors can cause foaming of the absorption tower slurry, resulting in overflow of the absorption tower.
1. High speed reverse mixing of gas-liquid in the absorption tower
2. Imported flue gas dust exceeds the standard, such as impurities containing a large amount of inert substances
3. Poor coal quality, insufficient boiler combustion, or boiler oil injection causing imported flue gas to contain oil
4. The increase of heavy metal ions in the slurry of the absorption tower causes the increase of the slurry surface tension. 5. Limestone contains too much MgO, which not only affects the desulfurization efficiency, but also reacts with the root ions. 5、 Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 50KG polyethylene drums or 200KG plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements.
This product should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight. It should not be mixed, transported, or stacked with strong acids, alkalis, or toxic substances.
This product has a storage period of 6 months from the date of production, provided that the above conditions are met. If there is a small amount of layering after the storage period, it can continue to be used after being mixed evenly and tested as qualified, without affecting its effectiveness.
