1、 Properties and uses of adhesive for waste disposal tape:
This product is a residue free adhesive used for preparing high-performance industrial films and fabrics for coating at high temperatures. It can also be applied in operations such as electrical insulation tapes, electronic combination lithography masks, flame and plasma coating masking, electromagnetic interference, radio frequency, interference shielding, and adhesive splicing. This product has high solid content, high viscosity, short curing time, low curing temperature, strong adhesion, low smoke and non toxicity, no carbon deposition, excellent weather resistance and moisture resistance.

3、 Packaging and storage of waste tape with adhesive:
Load into a clean and dry 200kg iron drum, cover and seal. Store at room temperature (0-35 ℃) for a period of 6 months (after passing the expiration inspection, it can still be used). Protect from direct sunlight and store as flammable.

This product belongs to the fast drying adhesive category, with a short curing time and strong adhesion. After curing, the mica tape is dry, soft, and will not adhere.

·Glue concentration: 30-40%
·Curing agent dosage (BPO or DPP): 1.0-3.0%
·Surface curing cycle: 1 minute at 60-90 ℃, 3 minutes at 150-180 ℃
·To ensure the mixing of curing agent and adhesive, first dissolve the curing agent completely in the solvent and then add it to the adhesive solution, stir and mix well.
