1、 Product Introduction:
Hubei Xinsihai 107 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber is a special rubber that can be vulcanized at room temperature. Its chemical composition is polydimethylsiloxane with hydroxyl polydimethyl as the end group.
2、 Characteristics and Applications:
107 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber can be vulcanized into an elastomer at room temperature by adding an appropriate amount of crosslinking agent, catalyst, and thoroughly mixing them evenly. The vulcanized silicone rubber has excellent high and low temperature resistance and can be used for a long time at -60 ℃ to+250 ℃. Excellent dielectric properties, hydrophobicity, moisture resistance, aging resistance, and excellent electrical insulation. Acid and alkali resistance, poor solvent performance. Widely used for insulation, moisture-proof, and shock resistant sealing and potting of electronic components, as well as building joint sealing, molding of rubber products and handicrafts, anti erosion coatings, mold materials, isolation agents, etc.
