This product is non-toxic, odorless, and non corrosive. It is vulcanized into elastic silicone rubber at room temperature by adding an appropriate amount of initiator and crosslinking agent. Widely used as sealing or insulation materials for electronic components, moisture-proof, shockproof, high-temperature resistant sealing and sealing materials for instruments and meters, and also as soft molds for plastic and low melting point metal molding. We support customized high molecular weight, which can be made for 25000, 100000, 500000, or even tens of millions.

Usage of high viscosity 107 silicone rubber
Add 1-5% catalyst and 5-8% crosslinking agent to 107 room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and stir evenly;
If there are no bubbles in the product, it should be depressurized to remove bubbles;
Generally, at room temperature, the surface does not stick to hands after two hours and can peel off after 10-12 hours. But to achieve high molding quality, the casting compound in the mold should be left at room temperature for 2-3 days before being released from the mold.
The vulcanization time is affected by temperature, humidity, and the amount of crosslinking agent and curing agent added. Before use, a small sample simulation test should be conducted to adjust the formula;
When using this product as an adhesive, the surface of the adhered material needs to be cleaned, oil stains removed with a solvent, dried, and coated with a surface treatment agent before applying this product.
