3、 Application Fields

4、 Packaging and Storage
This product is packaged in 25L or 200L plastic drums, or customized according to customer requirements. Please store at 5-35 ℃ to avoid direct heating. If it catches fire, follow the general petroleum product method to extinguish the fire. At a temperature of 10-30 ℃ and in unopened packaging, the retention period is 12 months from the date of production.
5、 Usage method
This defoamer cannot be diluted with water and can be directly added to the foaming system. If diluted with water, it may cause stratification, reduce the effectiveness of defoaming, and increase the cost of use. Our company is not responsible for this. This product can replace or partially replace BYK024 defoamer.
Since this product has strong foam inhibiting performance, it can be added to the product as a foam inhibiting component. The recommended amount is 0.1-0.5% of the total formula amount, and it can also be added in stages. 40% of the mass can be added in the grinding stage, and the remaining 60% can be added in the paint mixing stage (before adding lotion). The appropriate amount is determined by the user through on-site tests.
This product requires preliminary testing before formal use to verify that it has no impact on other properties of the coating or ink product.
