SH-9608 water-borne silicone resin lotion is the main component of water-borne coatings. The water-borne coatings can be formed by adding pigments, fillers and related additives to the system. Water based resin refers to a polymer system with water as the medium, which is divided into water-soluble resin, water-based dispersed resin, and water-based emulsion resin. Among them, water-soluble resin is a polymer molecule chain that is dispersed at the molecular level in solution through hydrophilic groups (or appropriate water-based additives), and the resin is mostly transparent.

1、 Performance and Application
It is a non-ionic, methyl phenyl silicone resin lotion, widely used in heat resistant industrial coatings, with typical characteristics including:
1. High temperature resistance, with clear varnish up to 350 ℃ and colored paint up to 650-700 ℃;
2. It has excellent compatibility with organic resins and can be compounded with organic resins such as acrylic, polyester, epoxy, etc., achieving a combination of high decorative properties of organic resins and heat resistance of silicone resins;
3. Good film-forming and air drying properties, can be used alone/in combination as heat-resistant gloss varnish;
4. Can be infinitely diluted with water, in compliance with environmental regulations;

1. Wide range of industrial heat-resistant applications, such as boilers, heat source pipelines, electric heaters, and combustion furnaces;
