The operability and high temperature resistance of the formula for? Can be achieved by temperatures up to 300-350 ℃ for clear varnish and 500-650 ℃ for colored paint
Application Features
1. SH 9609 is a dispersion of methyl organosilicon resin in water, containing a small amount, usually 3-5%;
2. SH 9609 has temperature resistance comparable to solvent based silicone resins, with a general varnish temperature resistance of 300-350 ℃ and a color paint temperature resistance of 500-650 ℃; Specifically, clear varnish still has good high temperature resistance and yellowing resistance at 300-350 ℃, while aluminum silver paint or black paint (inorganic black) still has good cracking and peeling resistance at 500-650 ℃;
Compared with other water-based silicone resins, SH 9609 also has good curing hardness and scratch resistance, as well as good hydrophobicity;
4. SH 9609 is generally recommended for use in heat-resistant industrial coatings, such as heat-resistant coatings for industrial equipment such as boilers, heat source pipelines, chimneys, etc; SH 9609 can also be used as a bonding agent for magnetic powder bonding.

Storage and Transportation
The packaging specifications are generally 1000kg, 200kg, and 20kg.
Generally speaking, when stored in a cool and dry environment at 5-36 ℃ and sealed, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of production.

Instructions for use
1. It is generally recommended to first grind the resin free color paste, and then add SH 9609 to prepare the color paint under low shear conditions; Co grinding with pigments and fillers, or other strong shear conditions, may cause the emulsification and precipitation of SH 9609.
SH9609 generally recommends curing at ≥ 150 ℃ for 30-60 minutes to obtain physical and mechanical properties.
