Instructions for Epoxy Modified Organosilicon Resin
1、 Performance and Application:
This product has excellent high and low temperature resistance, hydrophobic and moisture-proof properties, as well as good electrical insulation performance and arc corona resistance. Its weather resistance, chemical stability, and corrosion resistance are also excellent. This product is widely used as a high-temperature and anti-corrosion coating (200-400 ℃), insulation coating, weather resistant coating, etc. It can be fully cured at room temperature with two components. Compared with SH-023-7, it has better corrosion resistance but slightly lower high temperature resistance.
2、 Main technical indicators:
Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid, allowing milky white light, without mechanical impurities
Solid content: 50 ± 1%
Viscosity: 40-80 seconds (apply 4 cups)
Epoxy value: 0.06~0.16
3、 Packaging and Storage Transportation:
This product is packaged in a 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place. The storage period is tentatively set at six months. It should be protected from direct sunlight and avoid contact with acids and alkalis. It should be stored and transported as dangerous goods.
