3、 Scope and characteristics of use
This product is mainly used for defoaming and foam suppression of cement, concrete, and various powder building materials, improving the strength of the products and avoiding excessive shrinkage, cavities, and other defects during pumping and scraping. It has the characteristics of good compatibility, fast defoaming speed, long defoaming time, and good stability. Concrete defoamers are mainly used for defoaming treatment of powder materials such as grouting agents, grouting materials, support mortar, putty powder, concrete, self leveling cement, waterproof mortar, putty powder, water-based coatings, etc.
4、 Properties and Applications of Concrete Defoamer: This product is dry mixed with concrete and other powders, and then water is added. The dosage is generally 0.1% to 1% of the powder, and the amount added is determined by the customer based on specific experimental conditions.
SH-E325 is recommended to be dry mixed with concrete and additives before being added to water for application. The addition of SH-E325 will reduce the bubbles in the solution, especially for water-based slurries or mud blocks that contain almost no air, and their defoaming effect is very good. In some powder systems, such as SH-E325, it has flow characteristics and is particularly suitable for the laminated flooring industry.
SH-E325 has excellent fluidity, making it easy to operate and transport. In addition, this product has good compatibility with all powder coatings. To achieve the desired effect, please conduct a pre-test.
5、 Packaging and Storage
⑴ Use 50kg polyethylene drums, or change packaging according to user requirements.
⑵ This product should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight. It should not be mixed, transported, or stacked with strong acids, alkalis, or toxic substances.
⑶ Under the above conditions, this product has a storage period of 12 months from the date of production. After exceeding the storage period and passing the inspection, it can continue to be used without affecting its effectiveness.
⑷ This product is transported as non dangerous goods.
