3、 Application scope and characteristics of silicone acrylic lotion defoamer
This product is self emulsifying and will not produce pinholes, spots, or fish eyes in water-based coatings (inks). It also has fast defoaming speed and good compatibility.
4、 Application method of silicone acrylic lotion defoamer
Dilute this product with water or foaming solution to a uniform solution before adding it to the foaming solution, or it can be added directly. The dosage is generally 100ppm to 1000ppm, and the amount added is determined by the customer based on specific conditions. Diluted defoamers should be used up as soon as possible and should generally not be stored for more than 12 hours.
5、 Packaging and storage of silicone acrylic lotion defoamer
⑴ Use 50kg polyethylene drums or 200kg plastic coated iron drums, or change the packaging according to user requirements.
⑵ This product should be stored in a well ventilated and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight. It should not be mixed, transported, or stacked with strong acids, alkalis, or toxic substances.
⑶ Under the above conditions, this product has a storage period of 6 months from the date of production. If there is a small amount of layering phenomenon after exceeding the storage period, it can continue to be used after being mixed evenly and tested as qualified, without affecting its effectiveness.
⑷ This product is transported as non dangerous goods.
