It is a non-ionic, methyl phenyl silicone resin lotion, widely used in heat resistant industrial coatings, with typical characteristics including:
1. High temperature resistance, with clear varnish up to 350 ℃ and colored paint up to 650-700 ℃;
2. It has excellent compatibility with organic resins and can be compounded with organic resins such as acrylic, polyester, epoxy, etc., achieving a combination of high decorative properties of organic resins and heat resistance of silicone resins;

5、 Construction reference

The resin lotion has good room temperature self drying property, which can give the workpiece initial protection and transportability; But if you want to achieve better heat resistance and physical and mechanical properties, it is recommended to fully cure at 200-280 ℃ for 15-60 minutes, preferably at 250 ℃ for 30 minutes or at 280 ℃ for 15 minutes;
