1、 Performance and Application
This product is prepared by a special process using silanol hydrolyzed from phenyl and methyl monomers and special acrylic monomers. It combines the advantages of acrylic resin and organosilicon resin, with excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, strong adhesion, and low-temperature curing. Suitable for blending various series of high-temperature resistant coatings, weather resistant coatings, and H-grade silicone insulation paints.

3、 Packaging and Storage Transportation
This product is packaged in a 200kg iron drum and stored in a cool and dry place. It should be protected from direct sunlight and avoid contact with acids and alkalis. It should be stored and transported as a dangerous goods.
4、 Construction reference
1. Two component curing at room temperature, used in combination with isocyanate or polyamide curing agents such as Bayer 3390, N75, HDI, etc., with a dosage of 15-25% of the total resin.
2. High temperature baking curing, fully cured after heating to 180 ℃ for one hour. It can also be combined with amino resin to shorten the curing time.
3. The dilution solvent used in this product must not contain water, acid, alkali, amine compounds, sulfur-containing compounds, pyridine and its impurities, otherwise it will affect the adhesion, dryness and other properties of the resin paint film.
4. This product contains volatile flammable and explosive solvents. During the processing, attention should be paid to strengthening on-site ventilation, fire prevention, and strictly cutting off fire sources. Operators should pay attention to labor protection.
5. The equipment and tools used in the processing of this product must be clean. Strictly prevent the mixing of dust, foreign objects, and water.
