9612 Self drying Organic Silicon Resin
This resin is an organic silicon resin polymerized from phenyl, methyl, and special silane monomers.
The characteristic of this resin is good dryness, which can achieve 2-3H surface drying and has a certain strength after 24 hours. It is mainly used as a heat-resistant coating for various large equipment that requires short-term movement and can withstand temperatures of 500-600 ℃.
1、 Performance and Application
This product is a new generation of organic silicon resin synthesized by a special process using methyl, phenyl, and special silane. It has excellent properties such as good activity, high hardness, non stick in hot state, low loss of gloss, and no smoke when heated. Mainly used as the base resin for paint coatings for ovens, baking pans, household appliances, etc., it can also be used as a cloud substrate adhesive and magnesium oxide powder moisture-proof treatment agent.
