9611 high-temperature self drying organic silicon resin
This resin is a pure silicone resin composed of phenyl, methyl, and special silicone monomers, which has excellent high-temperature resistance and self drying properties. By adding different pigments and functional materials, various heat-resistant paints with a temperature resistance of 600-800 ℃ can be produced. At the same time, the resin has excellent miscibility and can be mixed with various organic silicone resins such as acrylic, polyester, alkyd, etc., reducing production costs and improving performance.
This resin is divided into 9611-1, which has high gloss and is used to manufacture coatings with a certain degree of gloss and strong decorative properties even under 500 ℃ conditions 9611-2 can be mixed with various resins to produce various heat-resistant paints above 600 ℃ 9611-3 has excellent heat resistance and can withstand exposure to fire and corrosion. It is used in conjunction with various functional materials to produce 600-800 ℃ heat-resistant coatings.
