1、 Performance and Application
This product is an intermediate of phenylpropyl organosilicon resin containing silicon hydroxyl group, which has good compatibility and high reactivity. It can be compounded with acrylic acid, polyester, epoxy and participate in crosslinking curing reaction; Introducing organic silicon intermediates through compounding or polymerization modification can significantly improve the weather resistance of organic resins, especially anti powdering and anti cracking, endowing outdoor industrial paints with light and color retention properties; Introducing organic silicon intermediates through compounding or polymerization modification can significantly improve the heat resistance of organic resins. For example, the introduction of 30% organic silicon intermediates can increase the sustained heat resistance of organic resins to 300-350 ℃; This organic silicon resin intermediate is sold in solid form and can be directly or compounded for use in heat-resistant and weather resistant powder coatings.

3、 Recommended applications
1. Widely used in the powder coating industry, participating in cross-linking and curing reactions of polyester, epoxy, and acrylic acid, improving the heat resistance and weather resistance of coatings, and having a smaller impact on coating recoating compared to other solid silicone resins;
2. Widely used in heat-resistant industrial coatings, it can generally be directly added through compounding. The influence of different addition ratios on temperature resistance performance is crucial, and it is generally recommended to introduce an amount of ≥ 15% (calculated based on effective solid content); If introduced through polymerization grafting, it can further provide more balanced performance;
3. Widely used weather resistant polysiloxane coatings, combined with organic resins, endow the coating with both weather resistance and salt spray resistance, in compliance with the HG/T 4755-2014 Polysiloxane Coatings standard;
4、 Packaging and Storage Transportation
Generally packaged in 50kg, 25kg plastic lined paper drums, sealed and stored in a cool and dry environment at 5-25 ℃, with a corresponding shelf life of 12 months from the date of production.
