      Supply acrylic modified silicone resin, silicone resin for screen printing ink, temperature resistance of about 400 degrees

      SH-024 is prepared by a special process using silanol hydrolyzed from phenyl and methyl monomers and special acrylic monomers. It combines the advantages of acrylic resin and organosilicon resin, has excellent heat resistance and weather resistance, strong adhesion, and can be cured at low temperatures. Suitable for blending various series of high-temperature resistant coatings, weather resistant coatings, and H-grade silicone insulation paints.

      Characteristics of acrylic modified silicone resin:

      1. Eliminate toxic and harmful components in resin synthesis. And high-quality environmentally friendly solvents (meeting the environmental requirements of Europe and the United States) were selected. 2. Good "three proof" performance: outstanding "moisture-proof" performance. It also exhibits good anti salt spray performance. In addition, due to the absence of oil in its coating, it has anti mold properties. 3. Good electrical insulation performance: Due to the excellent dielectric properties, high arc resistance, spark resistance, electrical breakdown strength, and good waterproof performance of organic siloxanes, the paint film still maintains its good electrical resistance in humid environments. 4. Good temperature resistance: It has the heat resistance of organic silicon insulation paint and better low-temperature resistance than general coatings. High temperature resistance up to 280 ℃, low temperature resistance up to -50 ℃, and good temperature resistance of the coating. 5. Good chemical resistance: good chemical resistance. Due to its strong oxidation resistance, it has good thermal stability, anti-aging performance, and can withstand the corrosion of acids, alkalis, and salts of various concentrations. 6. Good process performance: It can cure at room temperature or low temperature, with a dense and bright paint film, strong adhesion, and decorative properties. The application process is simple, and can be sprayed, dipped, or brushed. The viscosity of paint can be adjusted according to the selected coating process without affecting the performance of the coating.
