This analyzer is capable of long-term automatic continuous operation according to on-site settings, and is widely applicable to industrial pollution source discharge wastewater, industrial process wastewater, industrial wastewater treatment plant wastewater, municipal wastewater treatment plant wastewater, and other occasions. 2、 Product principle of total nickel online analyzer:
This product is measured using spectrophotometry. After mixing the water sample and buffer, nickel is converted into its high valence state ions in the presence of a strong oxidant. In the presence of a buffer solution and indicator, the high valence state ions react with the indicator to form a colored complex. The analyzer detects the color change and converts it into a nickel value output. The amount of colored complex generated is equivalent to the nickel content. This product is a single factor parameter testing and analysis instrument. This method is applicable to wastewater containing nickel in the range of 0-20mg/L.
