　　The LB-4200 fully automatic four channel permanganate index analyzer is a multi-channel fully automated instrument suitable for detecting permanganate index in water. This instrument fully complies with the requirements of GB 11892-89 "Determination of Permanganate Index in Water Quality" and GB/T 5750 "Standard Test Methods for Drinking Water", and can serve as a powerful assistant for scientific research and routine testing work. The daily analysis results of permanganate index are closely related to the acidity of the solution, the concentration of permanganate, the heating temperature and time of boiling water. At present, more than 98% of laboratory analyses in China are mostly completed manually, with many process interferences, significant differences in conditions, low analysis efficiency, and large data errors such as parallelism and quality control.

Reagent addition unit

　　The reagent addition unit of the fully automatic permanganate index analyzer includes an outlet pipeline and an inlet pipeline, three sets of quadruple liquid addition pumps, and four titration pumps. The instrument has three sets of quadruple pumps, which are sodium oxalate infusion pumps or optional infusion pumps. The addition degree of sodium oxalate is 10.00 ± 0.02 mL, and the addition amount can be controlled at 5.00 ± 0.02 mL. The stability of the three groups of addition pumps is ≤ 0.4%. The titration accuracy of four titration pumps is 0.05 mL/drop, and the titration resolution is 0.01 μ L.

sample tray

　　The sample tray includes 25 sample racks on the left and right sides, totaling 50 sample grades, used to store the samples to be tested; Four liquid levels (with stirrer) are added. During the operation of the instrument, the robotic arm automatically moves the sample to the liquid level, and the instrument adds reagents while stirring; Each position of the sample tray can hold 200mL sample cups, and the instrument is equipped with 50 quartz sample cups.
