Sampling of wastewater treatment
For the sampling of wastewater treatment process, if the treatment effect of each part is to be evaluated, the inlet and outlet of that part should be sampled simultaneously; To understand its overall treatment effect, water samples of the total inflow and outflow should be taken.
To understand the changes in the composition of wastewater at different times of the day, water samples should be collected at regular intervals, such as 1 hour or 2 hours, and sometimes even several minutes (depending on the purpose of the experiment), and analyzed immediately.
Collection of surface water samples from rivers and lakes
When collecting water samples from rivers and lakes, the sampling bottle should be submerged 20-50cm below the water surface. Put the water sample into the bottle again; When collecting samples from deeper rivers and lakes, water samples should be collected and planted for sampling. A simple tool for collecting deep water is to use a fine mouthed bottle with a capacity of 2-3L, which is wrapped in a metal frame cloth.
