1、 Design and Construction of Waterproof for Steel Skeleton Lightweight Roof Panels 1. Case Project Overview: A certain building is a lightweight roof with a steel skeleton structure. The roof standard panel is designed according to a length and width of 7.5m × 1.3m, and the main beam length of the roof is 22 inches. The steel skeleton lightweight wall panels and roof panels of this project are filled with cold-formed thin-walled steel as the main ribs and end ribs, cold drawn low-carbon steel wire mesh as the distribution reinforcement and stress reinforcement, and modified cement perlite composite core material. The overall waterproof area of this roof is 31 023.35, with a waterproof grade of I. The large-scale waterproofing is carried out using a 1.5-thick PVC waterproofing membrane hot melt process, and self-adhesive waterproofing membranes are used to strengthen certain detailed nodes.

Waterproof Design and Construction Content of Steel Skeleton Lightweight Roof Panels (1) Key Content of Base Construction Quality Control ① The crack resistant mortar surface layer located on the surface of the steel skeleton lightweight roof panel will be affected by external environmental factors (mainly moisture, exposure, transportation vibration, etc.) during the production and transportation of the panel, resulting in peeling and cracking problems, which will have adverse effects on the later waterproof roll construction. So, before the formal lifting, it is necessary to effectively inspect the surface quality of the board, and after completing the installation of the roof panel, the same proportion of anti cracking mortar should be used to uniformly treat the surface of the board. ② After completing the installation of the roof panels and passing the welding inspection, it is necessary to perform joint filling treatment. After the local roof joint filling is completed, oil painting is required. For this project, the original design only required the use of expanded perlite cement mortar to fill the joints between adjacent roof panels. However, it should be clarified that the grouting needs to be carried out once on both the rib and the surface of the board, and a fiberglass anti cracking mesh needs to be added at a distance from the roof panel surface to effectively resist temperature cracks in the direction of the board joint within the grouting range, ensuring that the roof can achieve good self waterproofing effect and guaranteeing the quality of the later waterproofing membrane pasting.
(2) Preparation before laying waterproofing membrane ① For large lightweight roof panels, due to the significant impact of wind and snow, they may experience weak vibrations. If a leveling layer is installed, it is more likely to cause cracking and increase the weight of the roof panel, which is very unfavorable for seismic fortification and span design. Therefore, large-area lightweight roof panels can be directly laid with waterproofing membranes without the need for a leveling layer. Meanwhile, in the process of laying lightweight roof panels, special attention should be paid to the height difference between adjacent panels, ensuring the flatness and smoothness after grouting.
