Due to the convenient construction characteristics of steel frame lightweight panels, there are relatively few materials and equipment used during construction. First, set out the position of the plate edge according to the plate arrangement drawing. After the light plate is installed in place, adjust the distance between the plate joints. The main rib of the light steel frame plate should be firmly welded with the support (embedded parts on the concrete beam). Fill the plate joints with polystyrene rods larger than the width of the plate joints. Then pour the prepared cement perlite mortar into the plate joints and brush BAS polymer coating twice. Using a certain grid structure project in Taiyuan City as an example to illustrate the construction process.
2.1 Construction preparation shall be carried out in terms of technology, materials, equipment, site, and other aspects. Management personnel and operators should carefully familiarize themselves with the construction drawings, master the construction essentials, clarify the construction sequence, and provide technical briefing to operators before construction. Before the steel components enter the site for hoisting, the site should be leveled and the roads should be repaired. According to the requirements of the component hoisting method, the order and position of the prefabricated components entering the site should be determined, and efforts should be made to achieve the safest, fastest, and smallest turning radius in one hoisting and positioning. Before lifting, the centerline and positioning line of the components should be marked. Select a tower crane for lifting based on the on-site situation. Main tools: wire rope, wrench, steel tape measure, meter ruler, pry bar, plumb bob, theodolite, level, tower ruler, hand drill, cutting machine, etc. Due to the high-altitude operation of roof panel installation, it is necessary to prepare safety helmets, safety belts, safety ropes, anti slip shoes, insulated shoes, and insulated gloves. Process flow: Plate layout design → Installation → Adjustment of plate seam distance → Welding → Jointing → Application of waterproof coating.
2.2 Plate Layout Design 1) Based on the original steel truss design drawing, design the plate layout of the truss plate according to the centerline of the support and the perimeter line of the truss, determine the direction of the main ribs and end ribs, and draw the plate layout diagram. 2) Verify the dimensions of the original grid plate support and measure the deviation to determine the standard line for the lightweight steel frame plate. 3) Based on the standard line, mark the dividing line according to the specifications and dimensions of the steel skeleton lightweight plate layout in the design drawing, and check whether the dividing line matches the cross line of the center of the grid plate support. If the deviation is not within the allowable range, adjust the layout drawing with deviation. 4) According to the steel skeleton lightweight plate layout diagram and the surrounding area of the on-site grid plate, check if they intersect. If they do not intersect, modify the layout diagram based on the actual situation on site and draw a detailed drawing of each irregular plate around the perimeter. The overhanging length of the steel skeleton lightweight slab shall not exceed 600 mm, and additional support structures shall be added if exceeded. 5) Compare the modified steel frame lightweight slab layout with the actual on-site situation, confirm that it is correct, and after approval by the supervisor and construction unit, submit the layout to the processing plant for processing the steel frame lightweight slab.
