The research focuses on the key problems such as foam concrete pulverization during the preparation of foam concrete composite wallboard, the bonding problem between foam concrete and calcium silicate board, and the cracking problem caused by the inconsistent drying shrinkage of foam concrete and calcium silicate board. The main contents include: first, the degree of pulverization of different foam concrete is tested by appearance comparison and pencil hardness method. By studying the composition of hydration products of foam concrete with different unit weights, the mechanism of ultra light foam concrete pulverization is discussed, and then the improvement of foam concrete is proposed. The fire resistance limit of the entire board is greater than 2 hours, meeting the first level fire protection requirements of the components. 5) Waterproof: The board comes with a special polymer anti-seepage coating when it leaves the factory. The polymer anti-seepage wear-resistant coating is a specialized anti-seepage engineering coating, which has better bonding strength and wear resistance than general waterproof materials, thereby improving the service life, reducing replacement costs, and making the produced board have better anti-seepage performance, which is conducive to the protection of the finished product.
