      Performance Characteristics of Steel Skeleton Lightweight Plate Products

      Lightweight mainly focuses on the core material, which is the core technology of Yishi Construction Industry. The core material is composed of foamed concrete, expanded perlite, high-grade ultrafine fibers, and crack resistant active reinforcement agents. The bulk density is 300-500kg/m3, and the weight of the entire board is 0.5-1.0 kn/㎡, which is only 1/4 of the weight of traditional roofs.

      The skeleton is composed of hot-dip galvanized lightweight steel frame, ribs, and cold drawn low-carbon steel wire mesh combination structure, and then added with wear-resistant and crack resistant surface layer, maintaining the high safety of traditional reinforced concrete slabs. The allowable external load design value is ≥ 1.5 kn/㎡, and the failure load can reach 4 kn/㎡.

      : The main materials are made of foamed cement. The frame is hot-dip galvanized and rust proof. It has strong anti-aging ability, good durability, and can effectively resist the corrosion of acid, alkali, and water vapor. The service life of the structure design is 50 years. After 25 freeze-thaw cycles, there was almost no change in volume and strength.

      Insulation: The lightweight foam concrete core material has a closed cell rate of over 95% and a unique microporous structure, which gives it excellent insulation performance. The thermal conductivity is low, and the overall heat transfer coefficient of the board is 0.5-0.8 w/m2k, meeting the requirements of roof insulation design.

      Using a dedicated waterproof and wear-resistant coating as the built-in waterproof layer on the surface of the board, and various other waterproof methods can be added as needed to form a composite waterproof system with multiple defenses.

      Under standard load, it has a fire resistance of 2 hours, does not explode during combustion, does not release any toxic gases, has no odor, and no smoke. It has excellent fire resistance performance and meets the environmental protection requirements of modern buildings. In the fire prevention experiment, when the bottom of the board is baked at a high temperature of 900 ℃, the temperature of the back of the board is only 50 ℃, indicating excellent thermal insulation performance.

      Lightweight panels are beneficial for building seismic resistance, and with reasonable seismic connection methods for panels, they can meet the seismic fortification intensity requirements of 8 degrees. And when an earthquake occurs, the secondary damage caused by the board is minimal.

      Sound insulation: Due to the high closed cell rate of the microporous structure inside the core material of the board, the average sound insulation is 40dB, which has excellent sound insulation effect.

      When installing steel frame lightweight panels, the length of the panel that should be placed on the support should not be less than 60 millimeters. After being in place, the main ribs of the roof panel and floor slab should be welded firmly to the support, and the length of the welding joint should not be less than 60 millimeters. The height of the welding joint should be 4 millimeters, and three-point welding should be ensured. For roof panels and floor slabs with seismic fortification requirements, they should be strengthened according to the connection node method in the standard. For the installation of steel skeleton lightweight roof panels, it is advisable to use structural sloping for the roof, with a slope of no less than 2%. The waterproof layer can be directly applied to the roof panel.

      Before construction, the main structure should be measured, and the allowable deviation of the main structure is required to be ± 10 millimeters in the vertical direction and ± 25 millimeters in the horizontal direction.       For the construction of steel frame lightweight wall panels, various preparations should be made before construction, including the preparation of connectors and supporting materials, and the setting out of horizontal and height control lines. Lightweight wall panels should be positioned according to the number, and attention should be paid to the installation sequence. After aligning the wall panels, temporary fixing should be done first, and then the hooks should be removed, and then fixed according to the connection method in the relevant architectural drawings.
