In special circumstances, when opening holes on site, the manufacturer should cooperate to complete it. After the installation of the embedded parts is completed, measurements should be taken, and the allowable positional deviation of the embedded parts is required to be ± 10mm in the vertical direction and ± 5mm in the horizontal direction.
(3) The supports on the steel beams shall be welded according to the arranged dimensions and shall not be welded under load after installation.
(4) The support bracket connected to the concrete wall can be adjusted appropriately when drilling due to the influence of steel bars on hole formation, and the standard support bracket in the diagram can be modified accordingly.
(5) Before the production of steel components, their surfaces should be sandblasted for rust removal, and the quality level of rust removal should meet the national standard; Sa2 level standard.
