Construction Technology of Steel Skeleton Lightweight Plate

Laying out: After the handover with the previous process is completed, according to the layout diagram, lay out the position of the board edge, and at the same time check whether the layout diagram intersects with the on-site structure.
Installation: Use lifting equipment to gently place the lightweight board onto the steel frame nearby. When the crane cannot be directly positioned, lift the lightweight board onto a specially designed roof transport truck and then move it to the installation position.
Adjust the distance of the board joint: According to the requirements of Beijing 05sg3, adjust the board joint to the allowable deviation range, and the width deviation of the board joint shall not exceed 10mm.
Welding: After installation, according to the connection requirements of the "Steel Skeleton Lightweight Plate Atlas" Jing05sg3 for steel skeleton lightweight plates, weld the plate to the steel roof truss.
Jointing: Pour the prepared lightweight BAS core material into the board joint, and use steel bars to firmly insert the mortar during pouring.
