The BYYDBC series vacuum assisted trailer mobile pump truck is a structurally novel product developed based on repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. Implement the GB/T 5657-1995 standard, and the engine follows the GB1147.1 national standard. This pump set integrates self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge, using a diesel engine driven axial reflux external hybrid type, and through the unique design of the pump body and impeller flow channel, there is no need to install a bottom valve or fill water during use. The pump set can suck and discharge liquids containing large solid particles and long fiber impurities, and can be widely used in municipal sewage and flood control projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. This pump set has a simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy use and maintenance.
2、 Mobile flood control and drainage pump truck usage conditions:
1) Environmental temperature ≤ 50 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 80 ℃;
2) The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron material;
3) The medium density shall not exceed 1240kg/m3;
4) The self-priming height cannot exceed 9 meters, the continuous suction height is ≤ 8.2, and the length of the suction pipeline is ≤ 200 meters.
