Grouting drilling rig
The characteristics of tunnel drilling include: ① The underground tunnel space is small and often requires the development of drilling pits. To reduce the cost of drilling pit development, it is advisable to use drilling equipment with small volume, high mechanization and automation, and adopt rope coring or hydraulic reverse circulation coring drilling technology; ② Various directions and inclinations of boreholes need to be drilled in the tunnel, and the drilling rig should be able to drill boreholes at any angle (as shown in the figure). The drilling structure of the tunnel is simple, and the borehole diameter is small, with two commonly used diameters: 46mm and 59mm for geological prospecting and exploration, and 75mm and 91mm for coalfield tunnel drilling. Due to the limitations of the working environment, the power of the drilling rig is only suitable for electric hydraulic motors or compressed air drive. All equipment should have waterproof, moisture-proof, fireproof, explosion-proof, and leakage protection facilities.
