1. Power on operation: After the preparation work is completed, the pneumatic conveying system opens the main air duct, and manually stops the valves in the upper air duct, lower air duct, and auxiliary air duct. Close the water supply switch valve and cleaning water switch valve of the rapid setting agent delivery system, and open the rapid setting agent supply switch valve. Close the main switch DK of the electronic control system, control the power switch DYK, and the main motor air switch 1DK. Start the metering pump motor, vibration motor, and main motor in sequence, and then add the mixture to the hopper. The equipment enters normal working state.
2. Shutdown operation: Before stopping the spraying, first stop adding materials. When there is no material stored in the hopper and no material flow is observed at the nozzle, the spraying hand moves the nozzle away from the spraying surface. The operator closes the accelerator supply switch valve, opens the water supply switch valve, and the cleaning water switch valve. Then clean the residual materials in the accelerator conveying pipeline, hopper, and rotor chamber. After cleaning, first shut down the main motor and the water supply switch valve. When there is no liquid spraying from the nozzle, stop the metering pump motor, close the cleaning water switch valve, cut off the main air path, and perform maintenance on the machine according to the maintenance and upkeep methods.
