Bending machines are now widely available in the market, capable of completing bending tasks for various types of steel such as channel steel, track steel, and round steel pipes. How to use I-beam bending machine:
1. The I-beam bending machine cuts a length of 200-250mm on the metal wire to be inspected, straightens it, and does not damage the surface of the wire during straightening.
2. Based on the diameter of the wire in the parameter table, select the radius r of the clamp, the distance b from the top of the clamp arc to the bottom of the rod, and the hole Φ of the rod. The arc radius will be printed on each clip for selection. By adjusting the position of the lever through the three holes on the rocker arm, the distance b can be obtained. The following 35, 50, and 75 rod holes can be distinguished based on the numbers printed around the holes in the rod.
There are four vertical holes on the main pole. You can obtain the desired hole position by adjusting the direction of the control lever. When using a hole with a threaded end, the sleeve should be fitted. When using the other end hole, remove the bushing to ensure that the wire is located on the bent focal line.
4. The I-beam bending machine places the rocker arm in a vertical position and uses it as the initial state for testing. Firstly, insert the sample into the holes of the two clamp base plates, then vertically pass through the lever holes from the lower part of the lever upwards, and finally penetrate. Clamp the top to the top and turn the upper handle to clamp the upper end of the wire.
5. Use your hand to press the upper fixture downwards by 15-25mm and stabilize it (the distance of the thick wire should be such that the tension of the wire is about 15-25 kg). Rotate the main clamp handle to clamp the bent lower end.
6. When bending the specimen, use a more uniform speed (about 1 time/second) CNC steel arch bending machine and a customized I-beam cold bending machine for production.



The appropriate power selection of the motor for the I-beam bending machine has an impact on the normal operation and economy of the motor. If the power selection is too small, it cannot guarantee the normal operation of the I-beam cold bending machine or the motor is damaged prematurely due to overload; If there are too many power options, the motor price will be high, and the capacity of the I-beam bending machine cannot be fully utilized.
