　　The slurry pumped from the sedimentation tank by the slurry pump enters the bottom coarse screen of the slurry recovery vibrating screen for treatment. The coarse particles in the slurry are sieved out and then enter the slurry storage tank. The slurry with certain kinetic energy is pumped from the tank by the slurry pump, and the slurry with certain kinetic energy is injected tangentially along the pipeline from the inlet of the desander. The fine particle size of the slurry is dropped from the drip nozzle at the lower end of the cyclone into the upper fine screen of the vibrating screen. After fine screening and dehydration, the relatively dry fine slag material is separated, and the slurry that has passed through the fine screening is returned to the slurry storage tank again. The clean mud processed by the cyclone enters the intermediate storage tank through the cyclone overflow pipe, and is then transported out or returned to the mud purification separator of the injection pile in the slurry storage tank or the material of the sediment separator of the Jingheng environmental protection equipment.

　　1. Evenly distribute the mud on the mesh belt through a fabric spreader and enter gravity dewatering.

　　2. The mud scraping device scrapes the mud on the mesh belt into small paths, and the water flows downwards. The gravity dewatering section can filter out most of the water in the mud.
