Nylon heat-resistant conveyor belts are divided into ordinary heat-resistant belts and strong heat-resistant conveyor belts. The ordinary heat-resistant layer is polyester cotton canvas (CC56), and the strong heat-resistant layer is EP (specifically divided into EP100, EP150, EP200, EP250, EP300, EP350, EP400, EP450, EP500, etc.). It is mainly used in industries such as metallurgy and construction to transport high-temperature materials such as sintered ore, coke, and cement clinker. It is used under conditions where the material temperature does not exceed 800 ℃ and the surface temperature does not exceed 220 ℃.
Features: The cover layer is made of EPDM rubber, and the skeleton material is made of domestically used high-temperature resistant canvas. The unique formula design solves the key problems of high saturation, poor adhesion, and low interlayer adhesion of EPDM rubber. It has the characteristics of light weight, long lifespan (about 2-4 times), and good heat resistance. Implementing the standard of "General purpose fabric core conveyor belt with rubber or plastic covering layer", this standard adopts the national standard draft ISO/FDIS14890-1999 standard. Heat resistant conveyor belt is composed of multiple layers of rubber cotton canvas (polyester cotton cloth) or polyester canvas covered with high temperature resistant or heat-resistant rubber, and bonded together by high temperature vulcanization. It is suitable for conveying hot coke, cement, slag, and hot castings below 175 ℃.
