    1. First level single roll flexible separation

      The crushing roller of the single roll primary crusher works in conjunction with the hydraulic driven pushing device, resulting in high crushing efficiency. Low speed combined with a movable buffer plate can achieve flexible separation. The wear-resistant parts on the crushing roller adopt the standard cutting head of the milling machine, which has good wear resistance and is easy to replace.

    2. Grading system

      The high-frequency vibration motor is used as the driving force motor to drive the screen mesh to vibrate (the screen body does not move), solving the problem of RAP material blockage below 4.75mm and achieving high-speed tapping of materials.       Asphalt pavement regeneration technology

      During the long-term use of asphalt pavement, the quality of its constituent materials changes and decays under the influence of vehicle loads and climate factors, mainly manifested as the degradation of mineral aggregate gradation and the aging of asphalt.

      According to the aging condition of old asphalt, the following three methods can be used for regeneration:

      ① Mixing and regenerating old and new asphalt. Mix the higher grade new asphalt with the old asphalt, and blend the softer new asphalt with the aged old asphalt. The blended asphalt meets the standards for road asphalt.

      ② Regeneration agent regeneration. Adding an appropriate amount of recycled additives to old asphalt can not only adjust the viscosity of the old asphalt, but also supplement the lost chemical components of the old asphalt, restore the performance of the original asphalt, and even exceed the performance of the original asphalt.

      ③ Mixed regeneration. By adding new asphalt and mixing with a rejuvenator, the recycled material can achieve better performance.

      (1) Mixing and recycling of new and old asphalt

      The theory of asphalt colloid structure holds that asphalt is a colloid dispersion system, and its dispersed phase is composed of micelles formed by adsorbing some colloids with asphaltene as the core, and dispersed in a dispersion medium composed of aromatic hydrocarbons and saturated hydrocarbons. Research has shown that asphalt only exhibits good properties when the relative proportions of its components satisfy a certain relationship. The essence of the deterioration of asphalt pavement quality is the aging of asphalt binder, that is, the composition of asphalt binder changes, the aromatic components decrease, and the gum and asphaltene increase. The "migration" of asphalt chemical components causes changes in the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt, leading to a decrease in penetration, a decrease in ductility, an increase in softening and brittleness points, and a hardening and brittleness of asphalt, resulting in a decrease in ductility. According to the theory of component adjustment, adding the lost components to aged asphalt can restore its performance by readjusting the proportion of components. Due to the high content of soft asphalt components in fresh soft asphalt, the performance of old asphalt can be improved to a certain level through blending, thereby achieving the goal of asphalt regeneration.

      (2) Regeneration agent regeneration

      When choosing the method of asphalt regeneration, it is necessary to comprehensively determine whether a rejuvenator is needed based on the content and aging degree of asphalt in the old material. In order to make the most of the old materials, it is hoped to use a larger proportion of old materials in the project. However, if the asphalt aging is severe and new and old asphalt is mixed and recycled, a larger proportion of new asphalt is required, which is less economical. In this case, the asphalt recycling method with the addition of rejuvenators can be considered. It is generally believed that when the penetration of recycled old asphalt is less than 40 (0.1mm), it is advisable to consider using a rejuvenator for regeneration.

      The general definition of a rejuvenator is a material added to asphalt to improve the physical and chemical properties of the binder, or a hydrocarbon that can improve the physical properties of aged asphalt. Regenerators have the following functions:

      Adjust the viscosity of the old asphalt, reduce the viscosity of the old asphalt to achieve the required viscosity of the asphalt mixture, soften the overly brittle and hard old asphalt mixture, and fully disperse it under the action of machinery and heating, so as to mix evenly with new asphalt and new aggregate, and ensure that the binder has sufficient adhesion.

      Secondly, infiltrate into the old mixture and fully blend with the old asphalt, re dissolve and disperse the asphaltene that has condensed after aging, adjust the asphalt colloid structure, and achieve the goal of improving the rheological properties of asphalt.
