The equipment adopts flexible separation technology combined with high-frequency screening technology to ensure the gradation control requirements in the production process of RAP mixture with high mixing ratio. RAP flexible crushing and screening "3-step method":
1. First level single roll flexible separation
The crushing roller of the single roll primary crusher works in conjunction with the hydraulic driven pushing device, resulting in high crushing efficiency. Low speed combined with a movable buffer plate can achieve flexible separation. The wear-resistant parts on the crushing roller adopt the standard cutting head of the milling machine, which has good wear resistance and is easy to replace.
2. Grading system
The high-frequency vibration motor is used as the driving force motor to drive the screen mesh to vibrate (the screen body does not move), solving the problem of RAP material blockage below 4.75mm and achieving high-speed tapping of materials. This structure combines the conventional vibrating screen and vibrating screen into one, and one vibrating screen can separate three types of materials, reducing equipment occupation and saving costs.
3. Secondary roller type flexible separation
The double roll secondary crusher is equipped with two sets of crushing rollers arranged in a cross pattern. One of the crushing rollers is equipped with a spring tensioning device, which can adjust the gap between the crushing rollers to achieve the adjustment of material particle size and output after crushing. Compared with hammer crushing and impact crushing, roller crushing causes less damage to the gradation of RAP raw aggregates. The roller speed is low and the crushing method has minimal impact, greatly extending the service life of the equipment. --------------------------Construction method of asphalt pavement regeneration technology-----------------
Asphalt pavement recycling technology can be divided into hot mixing recycling method and cold mixing recycling method according to construction temperature, and can be divided into centralized plant mixing recycling method and on-site recycling method according to different waste material mixing sites. So the asphalt pavement recycling technology can be divided into four construction methods: factory mixed hot recycling, on-site hot recycling, factory mixed cold recycling, and on-site cold recycling.
(1) Factory mixed hot recycling refers to the process of transporting milling waste back to the asphalt mixing plant during the cold milling and hot paving construction of old road surfaces, and mixing it with new asphalt materials, rejuvenators, and new aggregates in a certain proportion under hot conditions to form a qualified asphalt mixture.
(2) In situ thermal regeneration, also known as hot surface regeneration, mainly refers to the construction method of heating the old road surface layer to the required depth (generally not exceeding 3 cm), loosening the old road surface, adding reducing or regenerating agents, and re paving it into shape.
(3) Factory mixed cold recycling is a construction method that uses emulsified asphalt or low viscosity asphalt in a hot state to mix with waste asphalt materials and new aggregates at room temperature to form a recycled mixture. After being transported to the construction site, it is spread and compacted to form a road surface.
(4) On site cold recycling refers to the construction method of cold crushing and loosening old road surfaces, adding emulsified asphalt and other additives, mixing, paving, and compacting to form road surfaces.
In practical engineering, the use of a certain process should mainly consider the damage to the old pavement base and the thickness of the asphalt pavement surface layer.
