　　1. First level single roll flexible separation

　　The crushing roller of the single roll primary crusher works in conjunction with the hydraulic driven pushing device, resulting in high crushing efficiency. Low speed combined with a movable buffer plate can achieve flexible separation. The wear-resistant parts on the crushing roller adopt the standard cutting head of the milling machine, which has good wear resistance and is easy to replace.

　　2. Grading system

　　The high-frequency vibration motor is used as the driving force motor to drive the screen mesh to vibrate (the screen body does not move), solving the problem of RAP material blockage below 4.75mm and achieving high-speed tapping of materials. This structure combines the conventional vibrating screen and vibrating screen into one, and one vibrating screen can separate three types of materials, reducing equipment occupation and saving costs.

　　(1) Regularly check whether each connecting component is sturdy and not loose. If any abnormal noise or excessive vibration is found during equipment operation, the machine should be stopped in a timely manner for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to operate.

　　(2) The double headed bolts used to connect the bearing seat to the frame are specialized and non-standard components. When replacing, they must be replaced strictly according to the requirements, and new fasteners must be replaced every time they are disassembled.

　　(3) The equipment is strictly prohibited from running low on oil. The oil level in the tank should be checked regularly and replenished in a timely manner when it is insufficient. The oil should be replaced every three months.

　　(4) The lubrication system oil pump should work normally. When there is no return oil in the return oil pipe, check whether the supply oil pump is normal. When there is oil leakage at the lower end of the bearing seat, check whether the return oil pump is normal. When the oil temperature is high, the oil tank should be cooled with circulating water.
