　　Product Introduction

　　SYB double liquid variable displacement grouting pump is a horizontal double acting reciprocating piston pump. The pump has two independent cylinders, two suction and discharge ports, which can carry out double liquid grouting operations. The grout discharge ratio is 1:1. The grouting speed is controlled by the gearbox in four speeds, corresponding to different grout discharge capacities. Since the two cylinders of the pump output grout at the same time, through the mixer, the mixing can achieve a more accurate mixing ratio, which is easier to control the gel time of the grout, so that the diffusion radius of the grout can be effectively mastered, thus improving the quality of the grouting project and reducing the cost of the grouting project. This pump is mainly used for soft foundation reinforcement, advanced pre grouting of tunnels, water blocking, and consolidation grouting of fractured rocks.

　　The commonly used mud pumps are piston or plunger type, driven by a power machine to rotate the crankshaft of the pump. The crankshaft then drives the piston or plunger to perform reciprocating motion in the pump cylinder through a crosshead. Under the alternating action of suction and discharge valves, the purpose of pressure delivery and circulation of flushing liquid is achieved.

　　Before starting the mud pump, please check whether the inlet and outlet pipes are blocked, whether butter is added to the front and rear bearings, and whether the packing is full. When the mud pump is working, a high-pressure clean water pump should be equipped to deliver clean water greater than the pressure of the mud pump to the leak proof packing for protection. The flushing pump should not be turned off when the mud pump is working, as it will cause rapid wear on the sealing part. The reasonable gap between the impeller and the guard plate has a significant impact on the service life of the mud pump. The clearance is unreasonable, causing vibration and noise during pump operation, and the overcurrent components are quickly damaged. When replacing the impeller, attention should be paid to ensuring that the clearance meets the requirements of the drawing. Clearance adjustment can be made by adjusting the screws on the rear bearing body. The allowable suction stroke of the mud pump is measured when conveying clean water, and the influence of mud on the suction capacity should be considered when pumping mud.
