It is a new type of equipment for processing and manufacturing tunnel support steel arches. It consists of six main parts: base, mechanical transmission, cold bending system, hydraulic system, electrical control system, and auxiliary system. When working, the required cold-formed steel is pushed between two active rollers by the gantry bracket of the auxiliary system. The hydraulic system is activated to push the dovetail groove and cold-formed roller cold pressed steel by the hydraulic cylinder. When the required curvature is reached, the hydraulic system is closed and the mechanical transmission system is activated to rotate the active roller and drive the steel to move steadily and slowly forward by friction, thus achieving continuous cold-formed operation.
