　　Zytel® PA6T FR95G25V0NH BK458 is a 25% glass fiber reinforced flame-retardant polyamide 66/6T resin used for injection molding. It does not contain halogens and red phosphorus, and has high fluidity and stability.

　　Zytel® The common characteristics of PA6T resin include mechanical and physical properties, such as high mechanical strength, good balance of stiffness and toughness, good high-temperature performance, good electrical and flammability, good wear resistance and chemical resistance. In addition, Zytel® Nylon resin has different levels of modification and reinforcement, which can be used to manufacture customized products with specific processes and end uses. Zytel® Nylon resin, including most flame retardant grades, has coloring ability.

　　Zytel® The good melting stability of nylon resin usually allows for the proper recycling and disposal of production waste. If recycling is not possible, DuPont suggests incinerating and recovering energy (-31kJ/g base polymer) in appropriately equipped facilities as a solution. When handling, regulations must be followed.

　　Inappropriate conditions - appropriate pressure and speed

　　Keep the time short - increase the insulation time

　　Short cooling time - extend cooling time

　　Uneven mold temperature - making the mold temperature uniform
