Description :
AES resin is a new type of engineering plastic developed for ABS with poor weather resistance. AES resin (EPDM rubber styrene copolymer) has weather resistance, even under long-term exposure to outdoor UV, humidity, rain, light, and ozone conditions.
HW600G/Jinhu Rili Injection Molding Process:
Dry conditions Dry for 3-4 hours at 80-85 ℃ (heat-resistant AES: 90-100 ℃); AES material has hygroscopicity and requires drying treatment before processing; The humidity of the material should be ensured to be less than 0.1%. Processing temperature 200-260 ℃, heat-resistant AES temperature increased by 10 ℃, should not stay in the high-temperature barrel for too long (should be less than 30 minutes) mold temperature 40——80℃ pressure 500~800bar speed Medium to high speed Screw back pressure 10-40bar
