Dissolved air flotation machine is mainly used for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. Air is fully contacted and dissolved with water in the dissolved air tank under pressure, and is released in the form of microbubbles after being depressurized by the release device. Solid liquid separation is carried out in the air flotation tank. Through the dissolved air and release system, a large number of fine bubbles are generated in the water, which adhere to solid or liquid particles with a density close to water in the wastewater, resulting in a state where the overall density is lower than that of water, and rely on buoyancy to rise to the water surface, thus achieving the purpose of solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.
During the use of existing dissolved air flotation machines, due to the small area of slag material contained in the scraper plate, the scraper plate can scrape less slag material each time, resulting in low scraping efficiency.
The technical problem that the new model aims to solve is to provide a dissolved air flotation machine that is easy to operate and has high slag scraping efficiency, in response to the shortcomings of existing technologies.
