      (1) The drainage rate of multi effect distillation should not exceed 15% of water.

      (3) To ensure water quality, the system should constantly record and monitor the conductivity of the distilled liquid. The equipment port should be equipped with a manually controlled diversion valve (installed with remote control of the injection water storage tank inlet) for detecting unqualified distilled liquid, automatically diverting and draining the unqualified condensate until the distilled liquid meets the quality requirements.

      (4) The system should operate continuously at full load or intermittently based on the liquid level of the storage tank. If the injection water distillation is in standby mode, the surface of the heat exchanger should maintain heat. Before startup and after delayed shutdown, the distilled liquid enters a synchronous pre sterilization cycle to ensure that the transported water does not contain any heat source.

      (5) Monitor and record the conductivity of the feedwater entering the system. When unqualified water supply is detected, the control panel will sound an alarm and automatically shut down the system. Suppliers should provide automatic control valves to discharge water until the water quality is qualified.

      (6) If the purified water supply pressure is lower than the normal distillation operation, the supplier should provide a water supply equipment package, including a water pump, base, pipeline, instrument, and control. This equipment package needs to be integrated into the control scheme and base of the injection water distillation.

      (7) Multi effect distillation should ensure that the temperature of the distillate during operation is always not lower than 92 ℃.
