　　Product structure: This product consists of 5 distillation towers, 5 preheaters, 5 vapor-liquid separators, 2 condensers, feed water pumps, filters, control valves, flow meters, frames, pipelines, and controllers.

　　Evaporator:

　　By using the column tube falling film evaporation technology, the material water is evenly distributed on the inner walls of each evaporation tube, forming a water film evaporation. The upper effect pure steam provides heat energy for the lower effect evaporator, and completes evaporation and liquefaction to form distilled water.

　　Vapor liquid separator:

　　Adopting the split type steam water four separation technology (steam water centrifugal separation, spin plate partition separation, wire mesh capture water droplet separation, and top spin plate partition separation) to ensure lower heat source and endotoxin content in distilled water. The requirement for pure water is relatively low, and single-stage reverse osmosis (10us/cm) can produce distilled water that meets pharmacopoeia standards.

　　Preheater: adopts U-shaped tube heat exchange, with high heat exchange efficiency, good mechanical performance, and long service life.

　　Condenser: With a unique dual condenser design and a specially designed multi-channel reciprocating structure, the heat exchange is sufficient, and no dedicated cooling water is required to achieve the temperature required for distilled water.

　　Piping: The pipeline design has no water storage, no dead corners, and a low equipment failure rate. The pipeline connection adopts a new sanitary clamp connection, with polished inner and outer mirrors, arranged neatly and beautifully, and operated quickly and conveniently.

　　Configuration: Regulating valve, automatic compensating valve, throttle valve, conductivity meter, temperature meter selected from domestic and foreign high-tech products, with beautiful appearance and complete functions.
