      If the raw water tank is higher than the pump suction port by more than 1 meter, the raw water can be directly sent from the tank to the pump suction port. If the height is less than 1 meter or water is sent from a distant tank to the pump suction port, the raw water tank should be equipped with a water pump to pump water to the distilled water machine and maintain a water pressure of 0.3 Mpa or above. The wastewater discharge pipe should be kept unobstructed and no valves or pipes with high resistance should be installed.

      Steam and condensate pipes should be slightly inclined in the direction of flow to avoid water accumulation inside the pipes. The distilled water pipe should be made of stainless steel, slightly inclined along the flow direction, and the distilled water outlet pipe should be lower than the height of the distilled water outlet. (The maximum height should not be higher than the bottom of the condenser)

      The indoor environment should be dry, and there should be no dripping water above the motor and electrical appliances. The wires entering the machine should have protective devices that meet the installation requirements of electrical equipment. When rotating the experimental pump, ensure that there is water inside the pump and do not operate without water. The power supply of this equipment is 380U AC three-phase four wire, with white, red, blue as the live wire and black as the neutral wire.

      Six maintenance and cleaning

      Sometimes there is blockage in the steam trap. If the temperature of the steam trap drops and the drainage is blocked after a long period of use, the water comb can be cleaned or the drainage valve below the water comb can be adjusted. If the accumulated water can be discharged by opening 1/8, it can work normally.

      After long-term use, qualified raw water may form scale layers on the heat transfer surfaces of evaporators, preheaters, and condensers, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer coefficient and a decrease in distilled water production. Cleaning should be carried out at this time.

      If the main component of scale is sulfate, use solution 1 for cleaning. If the main components of scale are sulfate and silicate, use solution 1 for cleaning first and then solution 2 for cleaning. After cleaning, all should be neutralized with No. 3 neutralizing solution, and then washed with deionized water for about 1 hour.

      Various solutions are pumped and circulated through various equipment for cleaning.
