　　The internal filter of the integrated filter cartridge dust collector adopts imported polyester coated filter paper with sub micron filtration accuracy, which can effectively purify dust particles below 0.3 microns. The filter material has stable performance and is easy to replace.

　　Integrated filter cartridge dust collector device:

　　1. Dust cleaning device: The series of dust collectors use compressed air to achieve pulse dust cleaning through PLC control;

　　2. Settling chamber: After entering the series of dust collectors, the gas flow rate of dust is greatly reduced, and large particles of dust naturally settle through their own gravity;

　　3. Filter cartridge filter layer: Select a filter cartridge of the appropriate material based on the gas characteristics of the dust. When the dust containing gas enters the dust collector and passes through the filter material, the dust is intercepted on the outer wall of the filter cartridge. Clean air enters the interior of the filter cartridge and is discharged from the exhaust port;

　　4. Differential pressure gauge: The pulse time is controlled by the differential pressure gauge to promptly remove accumulated dust;

　　5. Dust collection hopper: After the series dust collector pulses, the dust enters the dust collection hopper and can be cleaned regularly.
